I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time, if this happens 50% of the payment will be returned

Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs

The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission

If you have elected to request NSFW content, you acknowledge that you are of legal age 18+ to do so before proceeding - Proven otherwise is an instant blacklist

Payment is paid in full upfront, after first approved sketch

I take payments via Paypal invoice using USD. I do not accept friends and family payment via PayPal

As I personally do not use deadlines, a rush fee will be charged if commissioner wishes for a set deadline - +25-50% additional fee, depending on timeline

Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see 'Revisions' below)

Prices may change over time, it is advised for commissioners to check the price sheets before commissioning. Those who have already paid will not be effected

Commercial fees are charged based on the commission and it's use

When filling out the commission form, information must be written in a clear and concise manner

A codeword will be required in the form. It will be found on this page

Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject. Detailed text description is accepted

Mood-boards are welcome for inspiration~!

Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process

Please ensure that all crucial information is accurately documented, described, and clearly referenced. Failure to provide the necessary details may result in the final product not being to your satisfaction, and can potentially impacting the completion of your art piece

Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information

Resolution of artwork varies depending on commission. Emotes to their respected sizes for Twitch/Discord/Etc. Drawings are usually kept between 1000 x 1000 px to 5000 x 5000 px

I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept two complete revisions at the sketch stage

Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees

I will show WIPs via email/Discord and the waitlist throughout the commission process

Those who paid for a deadline, the date must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission

As I do have a part time job, I will do my best to complete your commission in a timely matter. For reasons of delay, I will notify you as soon as possible to keep you informed.

Two major revisions and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price

A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in colouring stage and are covered in the commission price

Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees

Revisions due to my own negligence are free

Additional major revisions will incur additional fees

It is up to my discretion as to what is deemed as minor and major revisions

I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works

If the commissioner wishes to use our completed commission for commercial use, a commercial fee can be discussed

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media

You reserve the right if you wish for the progress of your commission to be private. Via streaming and WIPs

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners

You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work

For avatar commissions, proof of avatar ownership must be provided when commissioning a retexture

For avatar commissions, you may not resell the textures

Credit is still required when using the work in any form

Print the work for personal use

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc

Use the artwork as reference for a study

Colour in my sketches or lineart, without covering my watermark/signature

Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible

Claim the artwork as yours

Remove my watermark/signature

Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above

Use the commission piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI

Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me

Once a final product is approved, a refund is not permitted

You may cancel the commission anytime, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time

You may not file a chargeback against me after agreeing to ToS and payment, this is a read and signed aggreement
